If your Rex MD physician has follow-up questions, these can often be answered by secure chat or email. Some conditions in certain states require an audio or video call, which will be arranged during the process.

While it’s possible – and sometimes necessary – to arrange a direct conversation with a doctor, an asynchronous online consultation will often be sufficient for many conditions. Some states do require an audio or video call, which will be arranged during the process.

To complete your physician visit with Rex MD, your doctor will need to confirm your identity before treating you virtually. In order to confirm your identity, you may need to upload a photo of your government-issued ID. You will also need to provide medical information and, depending on your condition, certain additional photographs or lab documentation.

The cost of your care and medication will depend on the condition treated and the cost of any medication prescribed.

If you are ordering a non-prescription product or solution, you will be charged immediately upon placing your order.

If you are signing up for a treatment plan that may include a prescription, you will be charged once completing your initial onboarding questionnaire. If for any reason your provider determines you are ineligible for treatment or medication, you will receive a full refund.

For recurring fees related to program costs, clinical services, and your medication, your billing period and frequency will depend on your treatment schedule. Our pricing is transparent, and there are no hidden fees or surprise charges.

Yes! At Rex MD, we offer free FedEx two-day shipping on all of our medications for quick and convenient delivery. However, medications prescribed through our Weight Management program are shipped overnight. Most medications are delivered within 3-5 business days, however overall shipping times may vary.

While Rex MD does not accept insurance, our telehealth services often cost less than what you would pay using your insurance.

After completing your online, dynamic, medical assessment, a Rex MD-affiliated clinician may prescribe one of these medications, if appropriate.
